Overnight Postpartum Doula Support

Adjusting to life with a newborn can be challenging, especially while recovering from birth.  The overnight postpartum doula role is designed to allow parents to sleep and rest, aiding in recovery and restoring overall wellness.  With overnight postpartum support, the doula can care for the baby overnight, including feeding and soothing the baby to sleep when necessary. Additionally, the overnight doula can create a nighttime routine based on the family’s preferences and needs. 

Pricing:

$700 per night

10 pm - 6 am

Fees can be discussed during your consultation as we learn about you and your family’s needs.

Travel pricing is available 30 miles outside of 02066.  Please inquire.

Duties may include:



• Personalized bedtime and sleep routines
• All night baby care
• Teaching soothing techniques in the moment
• Incorporation of all safe sleep techniques 
• Nighttime feeding support
• Meal prep (if baby sleeps)
  
• Laundry (if baby sleeps)
• Light organization & cleaning (if baby sleeps)
